How do I know if an auction is right for me?
Start with a free walkthrough. We’ll review the contents, location and timing, then explain whether an auction is a suitable option. You do not need to have everything sorted before you contact us.
Do you run in-person estate sales?
We run online estate auctions. Bidding takes place online, and buyers collect their purchases at the property during scheduled pickup times.
What does your service include?
Sorting and staging auction lots, photography, cataloging, listing and marketing, bidder communication, coordinated pickup, and seller settlement documentation. The written agreement confirms the scope and terms for your auction.
How much does an auction cost?
We explain the commission and any applicable charges during your consultation and confirm them in the seller agreement before work begins. Call or request a walkthrough to discuss your property.
Will everything be removed from the property?
An auction may leave some unsold items or remaining contents. We have contacts for property cleanouts and dumpster services and can connect you with a provider. These services are arranged separately from the auction, and we discuss the plan for remaining contents with you before work begins.
Can you include garages, barns and outbuildings?
Yes. We can assess items in garages, barns and outbuildings as part of the walkthrough. Medical and hazardous materials are excluded. Firearms, when accepted, are handled through a licensed firearms dealer.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the amount of property, preparation needs and the auction schedule. Tell us about any moving or closing deadline so we can discuss availability before you commit.
